Most marketers and business owners that I've seen... spend all their time, money and resources on the front end. They focus on GETTING the new clients only. 

This in my opinion is a BIG MISTAKE. Yes, we want to drive new clients into the business, but we also want to make sure they're taken care of.

For me it's all about helping my clients GET RESULTS. This starts with building a long-term relationship with them and really understanding what they're trying to do. 

This excite stage is a big part of the process, because it ends up moving them forward... closer towards their goals.
