Let’s talk about customer service cash-flow.
Customer service cash-flow is a term I created where you’re using your customer service as a way of not only helping your people…
It’s also generating an excellent
cash-flow for your business.
Most business owners tend to hate customer service; they think it’s beneath them. This type of mindset is not a growth-oriented way of thinking. And if this is your mindset, you’re leaving a boatload of money on the table, my friend.
Customer service is my opinion, is a fantastic opportunity to get to know your customers better, help them solve their problems faster, and overall put more of that green stuff into your little piggy bank.
Now, I understand if you’re a big company, and you’re getting many support questions coming in on a daily basis. You’re not going to be able to answer each one personally. It’s more for the solopreneurs who are running everything on their own.
I answer all my support
For my paid CK Insider Newsletter subscribers, they have the opportunity to ask me questions about building their online business.
If you have a large team of support people, take what I share with you here and see how you can start applying to your business.
The great thing about customer service is that you’ll get insights from your subscribers and customers that you won’t get anywhere else. These insights will be the raw materials for the foundation of your strategic content.
It’s also an excellent opportunity
to provide solutions for
If you’re seeing many of the same questions coming in, ask yourself how you can provide your customers’ solution. It could be your next product, training course, coaching service, etc.
In the January Issue of my CK Insider Newsletter, I dive deep into my system for creating strategic content.
The offer to get this issue ends soon.
Please don’t email me asking to get this issue after it's over because the answer is no. My deadlines are real; they’re not some fake timer non-sense.
If you’d like to start cranking out
